Good breakfast. Rooms were clean and tidy. Parking: 15 euro a night. Location is excellent! If you don’t mind walking a bit, you can reach all the tourist points on foot.

It is centrally located in an authentic local neighborhood that is far enough from the tourist crowd and yet close enough to major attractions within easy access. Just a stone’s throw away from some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars in Rome. Beautiful architectural details in a typical Testaccio period building; very tastefully restored and decorated; modern interior design: spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Very accommodating and welcoming host that was professional, helpful, kind and understanding.

Location and breakfest was the highlight of the Residenza Mateucci. Always food available, metro station close, restaurants and minor shops close as well. Nice experience of Rome.

The accommodation is close to the "Piramide" metro station...and well connected. The owner Barbara is a very kind person and willing to help. Breakfast is essentially small snacks. We also recommended this accommodation to our friends :)

Great location. Aesthetic building with a completely separate entrance and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space inside.
Buses & Metro close and easy to use. Tourist attractions are accessible on foot or by bus. Restaurants, pizzerias and cafes nearby and our host Marco was very kind and always available. Thank you once again.
