Location was key for our stay. Very close to the Termini station. With less than 24 hour in Rome, we wanted it really close to the train station. Also, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain which we did at 4am (~20 minutes). Many restaurants near by too.

The Host (Nico) was extremely hospitable and very friendly. He was very proactive at answering all enquiries and helping during our problematic check-in. The air conditioning in the room was powerful enough and everything was very clean.
