Everything exceeded my expectations. Maurizio has prepared a snack& breakfast box for each room, and every morning you will get a fresh crossant :) In the apartment you will find everything you need, Maurizio is very thoughtful and detail oriented. I highly recommend this place, best of the best !

We loved the staff. The hostess, as well as the other staff were super nice! The passkeys and touch less checkin is great! Also loved the hospitality, coffee and bottled water was available the whole time. All the best.

The staff was very friendly, the room was prepared to the highest standards and cleaned daily during our trips in Rome. The space is carefully decorated and materials are to high quality. LaGenziana is 5 minutes walking to the Metro station and few other bus stations are available in variable locations about 1-5 minutes walking . Restaurants and planty of shops are in the neighborhood. During our stay, the neighborhood been perceived as safe, quiet and clean. Keys to the main entrance, to the floor and to the room been provided for acces. Thank you very much Kevin and your team for your hospitality !

I had read really good reviews about our host - and yes, Barbara was lovely! Her communication prior to our arrival was fast and she was able to answer my questions quickly. Check in was easy and Barbara met us when we arrived and showed us around. The apartment was really clean & tidy. She had a fully stocked fridge with food (ham, cheese, croissants, juice etc) available for breakfast along with tea & coffee. From the apartment it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and under an hour to the Trevi Fountain. Also restaurants, cafes and a Burger King just a short walk away. Local train station about 10 minutes walk away. Location is fantastic and Barbara our host was lovely and kept things super-clean!
