We loved the staff. The hostess, as well as the other staff were super nice! The passkeys and touch less checkin is great! Also loved the hospitality, coffee and bottled water was available the whole time. All the best.

The apartment looks very nice, the same as the photos. Very clean, 10 min walk from the metro. The host Valeria was very very nice and helpfull. If you want a place which is not very tourist crouded this is your place! Highly recommended!

La Genziana is fabulous in every way. The rooms are beautifully furnished and are very, very clean. The location is superb as well. Kevin is most welcoming, professional, courteous and kind. Nina, as well, kept my room sparkling clean and filled with amenities. She has a great smile and is lovely.

The accommodation is close to the "Piramide" metro station...and well connected. The owner Barbara is a very kind person and willing to help. Breakfast is essentially small snacks. We also recommended this accommodation to our friends :)

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It has wrapped around balcony with 2 seating area. You can just seat with your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and enjoy it. The host was very responsive. We left something in the apartment and she was very helpful communicating with new guests to schedule a pick up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that want to have nice quiet stay. Train station is 10 minutes away and take right in the center of Rome. Thank you so much.
