The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us at check-in with free prosecco (or soft drink options) and little bites. We went for our honeymoon and they did a great job with my special request (written message and rose petals), even gifting us a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate! The breakfast each day was wonderful, and you could choose to sit inside or outside in their courtyard. We especially loved the cappuccinos, honeycomb, eggs any way we liked, and yogurt. The location was truly perfect as well, being right by a canal when you exit and being far enough away from the touristy area that it was quiet, but close enough that a walk to Rialto was still fun and doable (about 20 minutes - by the end of our trip, we didn't need a map to get there anymore). The room itself had great AC which was very helpful in the summer, and they gave us free water every time we got our room cleaned. Highly recommend, especially for couples! We're looking forward to coming back sometime.

The location is just perfect as it is very close to the main touristic area (either walking over the bridge or with a gondel ferry) but very quiet and feels like a homey place. The breakfast is very generous and tasty. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. It is also really quiet (we live in the countryside still this was more quiet almost!).

We have come here for the 3rd year, beautiful house with large rooms and nice bathroom, close to centre and vaporeto (stops of water transport). In the hearth of Santa Margarita square where there supermarket, pizza cafes and ice cream bars. There is a very big terrace in house for coffee drink in the morning. Very clean and comfortable beds, coffee machine and belongings for lunch.

Everything was perfect. The staff is kind and attentive and incredibly helpful with tips about the city or arranging a water taxi to the airport. From the moment we checked in with welcome drinks and them helping with bringing our luggage to the room the service was top notch luxury. The area the hotel in is perfect, quiet and near a ferry stop to get around the city. Overall a perfect stay in Venice
