Huge room in a great location! We had a beautiful view from the window! The extra bed was in a separate area, which is nice for families. We were able to take a water taxi right to the hotel. The breakfast was great! There was always a table and they had many choices which made for an easy start the day. The patio area bar was nice.

After many trips to Italy over many years, this is my favourite city hotel by a long way. My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 nights after getting engaged before our arrival. All the staff were wonderful to deal with and helped make the trip extra special for us. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to San Marco Basilica. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drink options in the hotel and the surrounding area were fantastic. We used the hotels complimentary transport to Murano and had a lovely time at the factory. Will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything brand new and high end furnishings. Comfortable bed. Great location a bit away from the real busy areas of Venice but close enough to walk. Riccardo is a wonderful host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is great - very central but not terribly busy, self check-in possibility is a relief when flying in later, great breakfast in the room every day, as well as very friendly and helpful staff. Do count on having to walk a little bit from the bus/boat.
