If you are traveling to Japan with children, especially 13 or younger, Holy Planet was a godsend. It has a ton of fun things to do, with cool video games and secret rooms/passages. It is also supplied with a ton of snacks, including a shaved ice machine and popcorn maker. We stayed here prior to returning home, it kept the kids occupied while we got ready for our international travel day. The host was super nice and gave us a tour of how all the facilities worked when we arrived. Lots of restaurants nearby, and they were not expensive as it is not located in a touristy area.

I didn’t expect that it will be 3-floor house with extra balcony on top! All stuffs are clean, well designed, and very new. Kudos for Koike-san for providing superb property in the middle of Tokyo, around warm neighborhood, with very reasonable price. I got greetings and had some talks with neighbors around the house, love the community atmosphere there. Thank you very much, I definitely will stay here again if I had a chance going to Tokyo in the near future.

This is a very nice place in a safe, quite area. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within an easy walk. It is also very close to the subway, making access to other locations in Tokyo very easy. There is also a playground nearby, which was perfect for our kids. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and the accommodations very comfortable. I am very glad we found it!

Very nice quiet part of town. Akabane station is a brisk 8 min walk for an able bodied person. Had a lovely stay in Akabane.

My favorite thing about this property was the location! Very close to the Komagome station (~6 min walk) which is on the main Yamanote line, very very convenient, centrally located, and easy to navigate as a first time visitor to Tokyo. Also very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Loved that the property had all the amenities we needed, full kitchen with a table + 4 chairs, 2 actual bedrooms, clothes washing machine, line to dry clothes (hot hot weather so they dry fast!), plus 2 showers (one was a shower/bath) so 2 people could shower at a time. It even has a small private patio with a small table and chairs, so multiple areas to unwind! We didn’t want to leave ^_^ The staff was also very helpful and kind.
