Very spacious room with great design, ideal when traveling with a lot of suitcases, closet, very comfortable bed, great amenities which were refilled every day, big bathroom, wide window with nice night view, the sofa and table are nice for relaxing or working, and has main as well as ambient lighting. The AC is great (for people sensitive to air current is ideal, as it's not directed to the bed), and even though it was winter, the room was warm and didn't necessarily needed heating. The staff was very kind (especially at the reception bar) and helpful. The location is convenient next to the airport, and there is a direct metro line to some of the central parts of Tokyo.

I would say a luxurious hotel in a strange location. Convenient if you need an overnight stay near the airport, a few minutes to the station. Luxurious surroundings, top-class service, great view from the restaurant windows.

Everything. Firstly, Hisayo is the best host in Tokyo, she is a really helpful and amazing person. She gave us good advice on transport and activities in Tokyo. Also, the rooms were very comfortable, we used two of them and both were clean and tidy with all the amenities. The toilet was always clean because she does the cleaning every day. Being there felt like being at home.

An absolutely awesome space to kick back and relax. Room was huge and had everything you could need. Bathroom and shower was also very large and spacious. Location perfect for Haneda airport
