Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. Hisayo-san was very helpful and friendly. not only did she help us prepare.to arrive but once there she made us feel welcome and comfortable. showing us where everything was and how.to settle in. the room was very clean and comfortable. and the kitchen downstairs was simple but also a great place to sit down chat and have a cup.of tea. we were talking ot Hisayo-san and the other guests and I was really enjoyable. for work or leisure, I will definitely return to Hisayo Inn. especially if arriving late into Haneda. so much better than having to travel into Tokyo.
