Good location, really close to the station. Sugamo is a good location, not far from the popular tourist stops. I didn't use the baths, but my friend did and said they were nice and relaxing. Front desk staff was also very helpful in helping me send our luggage to Kyoto.

Nice room. As a solo traveler I was able to open both my medium suitcases, which is a huge win in Tokyo for this price. The location is a few minutes away from Ikebukuro station, which has nice metro and jr connections to the rest of Tokyo. Staff was also nice and helpful :)
