The location was good, near all the museums and close to the Concertgebouw Tram stop. It wasn't that close to the center, but it was actually nice to be in a calmer area. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable (bigger than we anticipated).

The room was spectacular. I loved the neighborhood not so commercial feeling but close to everything. The bar has by far the best specialty cocktails. Service was very slow at the bar/club. The staff was so accommodating. My favorite hotel I've stayed in!
