Hotel was near the city center at a walking distance from central station, red light district and all the main attractions. Tram stop is also nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom was super! Staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything.

The host Paulo was amazing - made us feel right at home and we enjoyed some lovely conversations. He was great with his suggestions and tips. We will definitely be back. The room was great and the amenities like tea/coffee were great. The wifi worked great and Paolo treats like you are his friend and cooks up a mean breakfast with everything one could want.

Empire Suites had a great location in a 400 year old house on an Amsterdam canal and a block from a tram stop for easy access to the rest of Amsterdam. The owners were a pleasure to work with and even brought our large back upstairs when it arrived after the airline had misplaced it - we didn't have to miss any of our touring.
