We had an amazing 2-night stay at Edifício Charles 204 in the heart of downtown Funchal, Madeira, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from great restaurants, the cruise port, bus stations, the main church, the market, and so much more. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a modern bathroom, TV, and a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. Check-in and check-out were super easy with convenient access codes for both the building and the room—no keys or hassle. For the price, it’s an incredible value and truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay, Edifício Charles 204 is the perfect base in Funchal. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

This apartment is very good for a couple to stay or family if the owner provide a aditional bed as apartment is big. The apartment is new and in city center o Funchal Where you can find all good atraction of Madeira just by fill minutes city walk. The light and ventilation in the partment is great. If you like to be in city center but no high noise this place is for you. Also if you are tall and have problems to find comfortable beds to sleep and showers with right high too you, you gonna find in this apartment.

Super cozy, well equipped, clean apartment. Shower with good strength and lots of hot water that is very important after big cold hikes in the mountains. Location is great, right next to bus stop and 5-10 minute walk to the pier, to the center, to all the amazing restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the window nook. It's next to a tiny street that has some street parking available most of the time. We didn't have a problem.

Delicious! Well done! Chef was very involved and the results are there. All staff were kind and helpful. Loved our room, it was an upgrade with a larger balcony and kitchen. We were gifted each day with water and sweets with a welcome basket of fruit. The best is the incredible care and sheer beauty of the landscaping around the hotel and the pools! Lovely!
