First of all this hotel is super clean which is the most important thing for the hotel. I really love the cleanliness in the room. The bed is very comfortable especially for older people it is tight and not so soft which supports your back. The bed is very big. Pillows are soft and the blanket is good so we had a very good sleep every night. Breakfast are okay, so many choices and if you have to leave early in the morning, you can also ask for a little take away food. The staffs are very friendly. Especially, the guy from reception that he always greetings with smile and willing to answer every questions you ask. The hotel have limited parking which is cost 15 euro per day. We used this because it is convenient for us to park whenever and drive around whenever we want. The view above the rooftop also nice with swimming pool and good cocktail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back to stay again if we come to Madeira!

Very beautiful apartment, new and clean, everything is working, AC is working, washing machine, coffee machine, everything works, apartament looks just like on the image, nothing hidden, big comfortable bed, cozy interior. Host was nice and helpful. Location - just in city center, big supermarket Continent is around the corner, historical center few minutes on a foot. Me and my girlfriend are very satisfied from this stay. Can’t imagine what can be better for this price.

Great place, comfy and relatively silent, given the fact it was located downtown. Coffee and fruit stores below are super convenient. Terrace is very lovely, and by the way, we liked the stairs to the apartment. Friendly host Joana was super helpful 😉 provided assistance with our relocation.

Delicious! Well done! Chef was very involved and the results are there. All staff were kind and helpful. Loved our room, it was an upgrade with a larger balcony and kitchen. We were gifted each day with water and sweets with a welcome basket of fruit. The best is the incredible care and sheer beauty of the landscaping around the hotel and the pools! Lovely!
