Great location with two pools, good wifi, great views from the roof top, nice walk to the city center of Funchal, staff were nice and the breakfast selection had a great variety for all ages. They store luggage if you arrive early or leave late and do accommodate to give you access to amenities if interested. They give a complimentary bottle of water too which was really nice.

The location was good, not to bustling with crowds yet so close to the city centre and Marina. The views from the balcony was the best from Ocean Room. Breakfast options were amazing. Amenities especially the terrace pool and the ocean view pool both were spot on. Staff were friendly, coordial and always greeting with a smile.
