It was amazing staff gave immediate attention, were very helpful and offered great suggestions for getting around the area. They were extremely accommodating and kind. You got the sense that they liked their jobs and were well taken care of.

The place was very clean and homey. I love its vibe. It was across a mini-mart which was awesome as we could cook meals in the fully furnished kitchen. It is also just a "few-minute" walk from tourist places in Belem. If I go to Lisbon again, I would definitely consider staying here again. The host was also very kind and gracious. The location was close to many of the sites we wanted to visit near Belém, but not in a busy and noisy area. We enjoy walking, but public transportation is close by. We had a great view, the apartment was clean, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We would stay again.

Had an excellent stay. Bedroom was plain and basic, which suits me just fine. Used the very well-equipped kitchen several times, which was a big money saver. Felt safe and secure as 3 different keys are needed to get into one's bedroom

Extremely clean with lots of space, great living area, it had everything you could ask for and if I had any questions they would get back to in little to no time. 3 sets of fresh towels, a little snack and water the day of our check in, washing machine, drying rack, cooking pots/pans and appliances, extra blanket for the people that get cold at night, there was an ironing bed unfortunately for us we couldn’t find the iron but when brought up they told us they could bring to us. Overall really great experience with really nice places around.
