Convenient location to Times Square, thus the reason for making this place our accommodation for one night in late July 2024. All of our prior booking requests were met. Even though it was rather busy upon check in, we just flowed right in and they had an excellent team at the receptionist counter to expedite everyone. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to wait and get our room key considering the crowd. That was AWESOME!
