It was beautiful! The emailed directions were perfect!! From entering the building on the street, to the key pad on the door! Very well written, as that can be overwhelming and a bit confusing. My family enjoyed the coffee maker and supplies being available.

Amazing atmosphere, the staff is nice and the rooms are so clean. They gave us an upgrade even we didn't ask for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome. Also, the locations is unbeatable, and their breakfast is amazing!
