ALL close to the airport, so it was an ideal choice for the night after a long flight, perfectly clean and quiet, the room has everything you need, modern appliances, smells nice, breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice, the dishes were very tasty. I was really able to relax and recharge in this place, it seemed to surround me with care and comfort!! I'll definitely come back again

We stayed in the most exceptional room at the Hotel Indigo Shibuya. Beyond the incredible corner view of the Shibuya Scramble crossing, it was beautifully designed with all the necessities and then some tucked away in hidden drawers and pockets within the suite. The view spanned three floor to ceiling windows, offering us a view though to Tokyo midtown over Yoyogi Park and the Southeastern Ku of Tokyo. The bathroom suite was stunning, with a full-size bathtub, rain shower and hand shower - perfect for a relaxing spa bath experience after a long day of exploring the city and beyond. As the end cap to our ten day trip to Japan, this was the most special experience and we are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Modern, very clean, comfortable & highly accessible location. Floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Tokyo. Rooms are well-appointed with sufficient lighting & temperature control. It may seem small, but it won’t disappoint you. I’ve stayed at a 4-star hotel at Osaka, and the room at TokyoNEST feels much larger. The location is absolutely great. Fantastic location for our family - the hotel was about 100 metres from Tawaramachi metro station, one stop from Asaskusa on the Ginza line, so it was perfect to be able to get to wherever we needed to go. It was a very short walk to the main sights of Asakusa and right next to Kappabashi street, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet at night. There were loads of food options right on our doorstep and it was a 5 minute walk to the ROX mall with a great Department store for cheap sushi and food. The room was enormous by Tokyo standards, and the washer/dryer in the room was fantastic. We loved having the tatami section which we could section off with a closed door (particularly as my husband snored quite a bit with the dry air and the long days!), and having kitchen access with a microwave and full fridge was so helpful. Staff were friendly and very keen to be of assistance. Highly recommended!
