Very helpful staff and supportive

I asked for a quiet room and I was super happy with it. The room was exceptionally quiet, facing an inner courtyard. Not a single noise despite being in the center of Berlin. All the staff are super nice and courteous. Other hotels should really learn from Titanic in that regard. Probably one of the best interactions with the staff that I've ever had. Also a very nice breakfast and available until 12 on the weekend which was very convenient.

Very classy but unique and stylish hotel, we loved everything about this hotel. Full of life… The high quality and looks of the interior design was fantastic Smokers don’t feel out of place and don’t feel not wanted as there is a great outside area to smoke and take your drink with you… Absolutely loved out stay and we will be back

The breakfast was tasty and had nice options. The room was nice and quiet. The location was very good, close to shops, entertainment and public transportation.

Large sylish rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasant view on the park, close proximity to the shopping area. Tasty breakfasts and a pleasant lobby bar with a good selection of cocktails. I haven’t use the SPA, but I will try it next time, because will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Berlin.

Outstanding service and surprise for my birthday.

Hotel is spectacular and in a relatively quieter part of the city. We were there for the half marathon. Hotel was well prepared for the event with early breakfast option and pasta serving in the downstairs bar. We were expecting a much older hotel, but from the rooms to the lobby it was nicely decorated and quite new.

Loved everything, the room is well decorated and very spacious, the bathroom was big and well equipped, the service was wow. The breakfast was very accommodating to all types of eaters, and absolutely delicious. Had a delicious dinner at the amazing POTS hotel restaurant.

Great location, amazing property with cool design. Rooms are large with elegant design & facilities. You must try their breakfast for at least one morning. The selection is wonderful with fresh juices, baked goods and to-order eggs.

Breakfast was good, although it would be nice to be able to make one's own coffee with the buffet. The location was convenient for us. The bar had a great vibe. Cocktails took way too long to make - problem with either the number of bartenders or systems. Pleasant staff. Nice room.
