The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

    It was okay. But should have a bidet spray in the toilet. And water bottles. Next door guest was super noisy. I think it was a PRC. She was talking so loud all the way past midnight and kept trying to open the connecting door don't know for what reasons. Till I had to inform the front desk on the noise pollution which they attended and rectified it. Room abit small. Given 5 stars hotel expected more actually.

    Excellent 5 stars hotel at a Central area, near Chinatown. During weekends few commerce on the area. Room is not large but it has everything you need. Excellent bathroom and comfortable big bed. As our flight was very late, the hotel offered a shower room, very clean with towels and other ammenities.

    The Hotel was magnificent, the room, view, facilities. absolutely superb. The was was even a calming scent around the hotel and grounds which gave an even better experience. From check in to check out, it was 5 stars. Such an enjoyable stay.

    Check in process was super smooth, staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is 5 stars and everything oozes luxury. They even have free flow drinks with snack daily , from 5-7pm. The room was super spacious and the bed and pillows were absolutely comfortable. The TV also comes with Apple TV and casting from the iPhone using AirPlay was a breeze. Did not have the hotel breakfast. Location is great! Really close to City Hall, Bugis, and Bras Basah areas.

    Excellent hotel and facilities and access to executive lounge was amazing. Hazel made our day at lounge and staff in general so attentive and hotel is one of the best 5 stars I have stayed at around the world. Manager Nick even greets staff and is warm and down to earth. All round excellent hotel with superb facilities and staff.
