The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything at the Brook was clean and comfortable. The bistro had affordable and tasty meals, and the Continental breakfast was excellent. Location was handy too, close to a big shopping centre and the family I was visiting. The train station is a short walk away and bus transport is good.

The location was excellent. It was close to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, where I had to attend a conference. The staff were extremely friendly and the apartment was clean with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends, family and also anyone who is planning to visit Brisbane and looking for a great place to stay.

    The staff were very helpful and were only too happy to help us when we had an issue. The rooms were a good size. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. The appliances are good quality. The pool and gym area was very well maintained. Great views from the pool. The location is really good as it is close to the city centre but is easy to get onto the riverside expressway to go anywhere making getting out of the city easy. It is within walking distance to everything in the city.
