    Beautiful hotel in fantastic location. Very good food and service. When we checked out we did express some disappointment in the quality and size of our room especially in light of the fact we had upgraded to a junior suite. It then transpired that despite paying for it that we hadn't been upgraded. However, receptionist was profusely apologetic and instantly reduced our bill so feel we received good service. We would definitely return.

    Excellent location for cycling, loved the rooms style: a great combination of historical high quality furniture and modern bathroom etc. Lovely little extras - chocolates and biscuits. Service was absolutely excellent! Definable have a dinner there, food in a pub is superb!

    Our room was very modern, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, very friendly service staff. Check in and out was easy. Dinner was very good, the waiting staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, it really is in a lovely quiet spot in Burley with easy access to some of the busier villages locally. This is our second visit to this hotel and i wouldn't hesitate to return.

    What a lovely hotel, great location & welcoming ambience. The room was warm and offered lots of little extras such as robes & slippers, beer and soft drink, good quality tea and a coffee machine in the room with a choice of artisan coffee’s & chocolates. Very comfortable bed and super shower.
