Overall great, I took a private with shared bathroom. It is small, enough only for 1 person, but you don't need more than that. Strong WiFi, I could also manage to get some work done in the common area. Good location, close to many stores, restaurants and public transport

On the first floor, there is a lively, foreigner-friendly bar where nice host (manager) and locals gather. The host understands easy English and the menu is written in English. If you are lucky, there is a personnel who can chat and offer Kobe recommendations in english sometimes. The bar serves local craft beer which changes seasonally and other Japanese and classic liquors. The price is reasonable too! Also, ofc the accommodation was fantastic. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, 10/10 for me.

Our hosts truly became friends by the time we left. Yasuo and his partner were so friendly and welcoming. If you don’t do anything else order your dinner and lunch from Yasuo. He’s a fantastic chef and will make you or your kids your favorite foods.

Very friendly and kind staff, and a super clean guesthouse! Even though the bathrooms are shared (sort of like a hostel) I never had any issues needing to use the washroom or shower.

Amazing experience! Very comfortable, clean and the owner is super nice and friendly! I booked for one night and ended up extending. The best hostel I ever stayed! Also Onsen next door was a cherry on top! Plus you get a bar downstairs with Japanese whiskey, sake and whine. The only thing I wish is to stay longer 😁

- Dude running the place was casual and friendly - Real tatami in the room! Smelled nice - Spacious room - Right next to a great super sento and outlet mall, and crucially, the sea (very pretty) - Balcony was lovely to have, faced a flower bush in bloom - You have use of as many blankets and pillows as you like from the cupboard
