Everything. Friendly and lovely staff and volunteers, excellent and warm roommates, all kinds of people met there and chat with each other. Clean and tidy and organized room and everything. I would definitely go there again if I would ever visit Vienna again.

the beds were really nice, especially with the curtain for privacy. shower was extremely nice as well, with a rain shower and easy to use system. location was quite good, about 5 mins away from the tram. there’s 3 supermarkets nearby (fyi, they close at 8pm).

I liked how the beds were set up. in your bunk you get 2 plug holes, a few charging ports, a light and a shelf, and then theres a curtain on the side so you have your own privacy, felt like a capsule hotel! my roommates were so quiet it felt like you were in your own hotel room. showers and toilets are clean but bring your own slippers in case. close to metro station and vienna main train station! there are shops outside (like h&m, pizza places), also a halal bakery right out the door!

I had a double capsule on the first night and it was very very spacious. For me, it was very comfortable. It's in a very good location, 15min walk to the center. 12 min walk to the train station that takes you to the airport. You can hear everything, someone was snoring for example, but the earplugs helped a lot. I would totally recommend it for a unique experience. I would definitely come back again. 😊

Everything, the location is phenomenal, the place is nice and cozy, the staff are the nicest I ever met, they let me leave my bags before my check-in, the beds are comfortable and each has a power outlets, I will definitely come back again.

Locality seems quite safe, and active even after hours of the day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, big and have a separate bathroom and toilet which makes things so much easier! The hostel also has a bar that works during the night, where you can also play pool, beer-pong etc. so it's a great place to meet new people as well.AntoniSolo traveler

Such a cozy lobby where it was nice to hang out both alone and with friends. The hostel bar was AMAZING and I ended up staying there a lot of the nights instead of going out. Great place to meet new people!! Also the people at the reception were so nice and welcoming! Great beds and free lockers. Absolutely the best hostel I've ever been to.EEmmaSolo traveler
