Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Hotels That Guests Love in Liverpool
  • comfy bed and spacious room. Friendly staff, good breakfast, the location is great! Mathew St is around the corner from the hostel.

  • We loved how comfortable we felt with our children- there was such a welcome and support for everyone. The kitchen was amazing, the rooms were quiet at night, downstairs is beautiful and so genuinely open to all, even for children at night to play a game and eat supper. The availability of food was wonderful, though we didn't feel out of place making our own breakfast alongside the buffet. Best youth hostel out of the many we've used.

  • It would be good for backpackers as better than a hostel and a good price

  • Double bed in a youth hostel! fab!

  • We were really surprised that youth hostels had en suite rooms suitable for families. It was a great location. Accommodation was comfortable if basic, but we only wanted to sleep there anyway! :-)
