Everything was great! The hotel, room, common areas, breakfast, and all else exceeded our expectations. The location at first (one of our concerns) appears to be away from where you want to be, but in fact is pretty good. The neighbourhood is clean and calm, worth exploring on its own. And it's very close to center even by foot. And by tram, the distance to all tourist-interest areas is negligible (5-10 mins). At the hotel, Giovanni at reception, specifically, was amazing — we interacted a few times and he was always helpful and very friendly. Next time we are in Florence, we are definitely staying again at Re-Dama. : ) Thank you!

I love the people work there, they are helpful, kind and always smile, and the place have excellent terrace (but I couldn't use because of the raining but I saw the view. And I like the rooms and they give some soap and shampoo for free it's so toughtful.
