• Check-in/Check-out: Check in anytime after 3 PM and check out before 10 AM using our smart self-check-in system. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a small fee, subject to availability. • Discounts: Enjoy built-in length-of-stay discounts—automatically applied. The longer you stay, the more you save. • Comfort: Relax with a quality mattress, premium linens, and a choice of pillows. See floor plans in the photos for air conditioning availability and placement. • Parking: Off-street parking is available. Some listings also include undercover or garage spaces. Refer to listing photos for dimensions and details. • Entertainment: Netflix & card/board games. • Coffee Lovers: Espresso machine. • Welcome Pack: 2 Coffee pods, 4 coffee sticks, bottled water, and basic snacks (per bedroom). Please note that milk is not provided, however coffee creamer is available. • Starter Pack: Includes cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cling wrap, foil, dishwashing liquid, CHUX cloths, bin liners, and two rolls of toilet paper. • Kitchen: Equipped with basic utensils, kettle, toaster, vacuum, mop, broom, and dustpan. • Safe Storage: Some apartments include lockable closets with deadbolts for secure personal storage. • Back-to-Back Bookings: For split stays across listings, we offer complimentary late check-out and early check-in for a smooth transition. • Workspace: Dedicated desks and strong, reliable Wi-Fi for remote work. • Shared Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in a separate area within the building, not inside the apartments. While most facilities do not have dryers, we provide folding clothes dryers and clotheslines in certain buildings. • Housekeeping: No check-out cleaning charges. For stays over 14 days, a mandatory cleaning and linen refresh occurs every 8–16 days. • Transit Access: All listings are within 5–15 minutes’ walk of a major train or bus station.
