Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great. Including cereals, condiments tea coffee and juice for us to choose from.
Location was exactly where we wanted to be. And the birds were amazing expecially waking to the kookaburras and magpies every morning.

It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. The car parking was under the building with easy access to the apartment and all facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...
One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay...
We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

Neat, tidy home suitable for a good family stay. We used it to celebrate my 60th with family (wife, kids, their partners and dogs). Everything was, as advertised. I'd def recommend and will stay again.

We enjoyed a really lovely 2-night get away with our toddler before our new baby arrived, exploring the local Arthur’s Seat chairlift, the hedge maze and the Rosebud waterfront. And despite the weather being miserable, the accomodation was so comfortable and cosy for the times we decided not to venture out and instead stay in to play games and watch tv:)

We loved the breakfast and food options in the fridge, very generous offering and enjoyed poached eggs a few times. Penny was available for any questions. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
