Lismore Fair Dinkum Motel, hotel in Goonellabah

Lismore Fair Dinkum Motel offers affordable accommodations in Lismore, on the north coast of New South Wales.

Exceptionally friendly and warm hosts, including their cat Ollie. The room was spotlessly clean and had fresh fixtures and new and very comfortable bedding. Super fluffy and absorbent towels too. They are located a quick and easy drive from Lismore Base Hospital and a shopping centre with all the major stores. Highly recommend.

Expect an older home with touches of elegance. Our bedroom was huge with a very comfortable bed with an adjoining spacious bathroom. Bedroom furniture commodious for spreading out our things. The breakfast area is welcoming and the pool is beyond comparisons--huge, pleasant temperature and just lovely.

A hidden gem nestled in bush surroundings.

A hidden gem nestled in bush surroundings. The until was comfortable, a couple of kangaroos went skipping by in the morning and whip birds made the early morning a great start. The pool is very good . The price was a little more than we would usually pay , it would be good to know if there was a four or five day stay pricing . Overall very good

As we had come for a family member's wedding, we didn't actually visit the area while doing 'wedding preparation' things. Found the whole area beautiful and GREEN with its rolling hills and mountains. Lucky if there is a straight road as everything is mostly all corners! Ballina Wall was lovely!

My daughter lives there thats really why I go there.

My daughter lives there thats really why I go there. Its close enough to Lismore Square for shopping and Goonellabah even has its own Woolworths, Coles and Aldi in a little shopping centre. There is also an aquatics and sports centre thats easy to get to, both with lots of parking and great activities for kids of all ages.

To be fair, for the price per night, I couldn't expect too much more than this basic accommodation which was on the outskirts of Goonellabah. It was very helpful to have a microwave, crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster which enabled us to have some self catering.
