The fine print
Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel’s reception desk. Starting June 1st 2025, this surcharge will go up to 1.9%.
The hotel requests an incidental deposit of $50 per night, during your stay (as a deposit or an authorization on your card) for any incidental charges, any credit will be refunded on departure.

A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
