Affordable and comfortable property located in a spectacular position. Property features large terraces suitable for alfresco dining or relaxing with ocean views and breezes, large salt water in-ground pool, 2 Living areas, Flat screen TV, and Stereo / docking station. Downstairs are two bedrooms each containing a queen bed. Bathroom and living room with a wraparound patio area opening onto the swimming pool. Upstairs is a large master bedroom; 1 x queen Bed and 2 Single Beds, and a 4th bedroom with queen bed and the main bathroom. The upstairs area is open and airy with breathtaking views over the coral sea and Double Island. Enjoy a BBQ or sit back and relax in the pool. Clifton Beach is located next door to Palm Cove; an internationally renowned destination. It is a quiet location suitable for a relaxing getaway. Clifton Beach has the Clifton Village Shopping Centre which has a Coles supermarket, butcher, Chemist, Coffee Shops and many food outlets. This property is absolute Beach front with ocean views and breezes ,Large salt water in-ground pool, 2 Living areas, flat screen TV, Stereo / docking station, Sleeps 10 comfortably, roll-away beds can also be provided for an additional 3 guests. Maximum Capacity is 13 Attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest are all within easy reach. Enjoy swimming or sun bathing at a local beach or try jet skiing, sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding to nearby islands or fishing at one of the many Cairns beaches. Visit Cairns Tropical Zoo or feed the crocodiles at Hartley's Crocodile Farm. There is also the train to Kuranda, the Skyrail, Go Kart track and Cable Skiing all within approximately 20 minutes' drive from Clifton Beach.
