Breakfast was great. Including cereals, condiments tea coffee and juice for us to choose from.
Location was exactly where we wanted to be. And the birds were amazing expecially waking to the kookaburras and magpies every morning.

Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.

Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. The car parking was under the building with easy access to the apartment and all facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay...
We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

Rosebud is just up the road from the busier and more frenetic Portsea/Sorrento, so if you like to be away from the mix, but still have access to the beach and good cafes, it's the place to be!HelenAustralia

Carolyn was clear with her instructions and so accommodating with the children, setting up the porta cot for us and leaving out a high chair for our use. There was also a welcome hamper when we arrived, fresh milk in the fridge, and toys for the kids to play with. The location is super close to the beach and shops. The welcome hamper of goodies was a lovely surprise, and even included pet treats for my pup. The house has everything you need, it is super clean with comfy beds and in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and cafes/shops. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
