This Miami Beachside 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment is in the perfect location for your whole family to enjoy, located on floor 2 of 3 with lush garden views. Walk to the beach, grab a coffee from one of the local cafes close by or walk to one of your local Surf Clubs for lunch and enjoy the convenience of public transport right at your door! 🚧 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Please note that the Burleigh area is currently affected by ongoing construction due to the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion. This may cause daytime noise, traffic changes, and general activity nearby. While this is beyond our control, we want guests to be aware before booking.
