Gary our owner/manager is a licensed real estate agent on the Gold Coast as well in his younger days had 12 years experience in the Hospitality Industry in such Hotels as the Grand Windsor Hotel in Melbourne. We add a personal touch to our guests needs and do our best to accomodate them. So please no surprises when checking in with extra guests

Property info

We have enjoyed living at Moroccan over the past years and are a boutique company who look after unique apartments all with Open Views. We meet all our guests to make sure there check in, is as comfortable as possible. If check in arrival is after 10pm a seperate fee will be charge to welcome you, so its important to communicate with us, your expected arrival time. We are seperate from reception as we meet and greet you in the driveway entrance. Free parking is available for one car given prior notice to arrival. Parking for a second car is available but in the public parking next door at a special fee per day.

Neighborhood info

Moroccan Towers are right in the heart of Surfers Paradise Beach and shops. Restaurants cafe's are plentiful with easy access just by walking. Including Coles Supermarket only about 80m away. New transport systems such as the GC Link, tram, train and buses are on one transport card to get around including access to theme parks, Casino, Mega Pacific Fair Shopping mall etc. Large Supermarket for groceries including an Asian Supermarket are only one block away. We neighbour Surfers Paradise Beach so its only a short walk across the road to take in everything the Pacific Ocean has to offer. Remember though always swim between the red and yellow flags were the Life Savers are.
