The locaiton is great, just besides the sea. Sadly it was shower rain when we arrive so could not have a walk on the beach. But the next morning we see great sun rise on our balcony. Since i arrive after 6pm, i did not meet any staff, but in reception it has clear guidence to get the key, so i have no problem to checkin. Room has well equipted kitchen and bathroom. Room is warm and comfortable.

What a couple of beautifully renovated cottages! I had the pleasure of staying in both the Willow and the pear and both were fabulous. Incredibly comfortable beds and living spaces, well equipped kitchens and nice showers. Very close to waubs beach for a nice swim or to the lobster shack for fresh seafood.

The location and views were wonderful. The home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
Bicheno was a beaut spot to stay. Very easy to navigate and good facilities and access to activities. The beaches are great for sitting or strolling. We did the coastal stroll from Redbill Beach to the Blow hole and we found it easy...one of us in her 60s and the other in her 70s.
We enjoyed local meals.
Went to view penguins and took the glass bottom boat trip from Bicheno. Short drive to Coles Bay for Wine glass Bay cruise - saw whales, seals and dolphins and fabulous scenery.
Only a couple of hours to Hobart to catch plane home.
Would certainly stay again.

Bicheno is a beautiful seaside town with enough good eateries and wine bars to elevate it to a desirable holiday destination. In addition to the local natural features such as the beaches and Freycinet National Park.

We really only stayed as an overnight stop between Freycinet and the Bay of Fires. It was winter so we weren't after a longer stay. When the weather is warmer it would be a nice town to visit. We had croissants and pastries for breakfast at the Little Bay Patisserie that were delicious.

Beautiful location on a Cliff top overlooking the ocean.
Beautiful location on a Cliff top overlooking the ocean. Lovely one bedroom house well appointed with all facilities and big windows out to the ocean. Plenty of wood for an open fire. Good facilities. We took all of our own food as it is a 6 km drive into the house on a dirt road. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful place to stay.
Such a beautiful place to stay. The blowhole was fantastic, and the sea views spectacular. The little village was charming and the locals were so friendly and helpful. The Lobster Shack is a must go. I enjoyed a bubbly while waiting for my order. Gorgeous views. Would definitely come and stay again - for much longer than last time.

Shane's messages were amazing regarding access- Thank you!
The accommodation was close to central business district and included scenic views and access to the beach.
There was a heat pump and very clean floors and all the basics.
The room was away from noise and noisy guests and had 2 beds per my request.
modern artwork in the room was enjoyable for the theme of the town.
The sunrise was the best I have seen in Tasmania and on my to-do list for years
Very relaxing!
Treed and quiet except for birdsong, Bicheno By the Bay is close to the ocean and town, with well appointed accommodation and friendly staff. Represents great value for money.
The room comes with the necessary cooking appliances and dinner wares. Also, we could watch the penguin show from the hotel compound itself and this is an added bonus for us.
