During our road trip, we got tired of sleeping in the car and decided to book a hostel and chose this one as it was the cheapest. This was a great house for a price that felt too cheap. When we arrived, water that must have been freshly taken out of the refrigerator was ready, the room was huge and the amenities were great. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and the shower here was heaven for me after using public showers for days. The two dogs and one cat in the house were very cute and soothing. The location was a little far from the city, but it was a quiet and lovely place, so we were very satisfied with our stay. Jude and Mark are super nice people and this house is so beautiful.Thank you so much

Ipswich is a very tidy city and has plenty of good restaurants, motels and Rail stations is located in the centre of the town centre. There is a shop for all in the city centre, and very affordable. There are plenty of nice Parks for the kids to enjoy. Generally, Ipswich has laid back country style shopping, in the city.

The town has some good shops if you know where to look. Very difficult to find somewhere to eat in main town on Monday night. It has good parks and the Jacarandas and old Queenslanders make the place look attractive.

Best - Workshops Rail Museum, Ipswich Art Gallery, Spark Festival - art on buildings and tour of St. Paul's Anglican which included a performance by the organist. Perhaps more alternatives for dining out are needed.

The taxi service was very good.
The taxi service was very good. There were no close by food outlets with takeaway food (I came by train so was without my own transport). I enjoyed the nightly light show on the cinema complex. I quickly realised that taxis were engaged from 1 West Street and that entrance from that address through the car park to the lift was the best means to enter and exit the building.

Conventiently located in the Ipswich CBD if you are visiting Ipswich. Quite a spacious and well equipped apartment - clean and tidy despite the building getting a little old now. Well priced when I stayed. Good free wifi and secure carparking. No actual contact with the host, but the instructions received via email were clear and present enough.

The apartment was far more spacious than I expected, making it feel quite homely and added to the relaxed vibe. Being on a higher floor provided an exceptional view of Ipswich and the surrounding lawns and architecture. The kitchenette was well-provisioned and allowed for a home-cooked meal during the short stay.

Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet location at the back of the hotel. Mal at reception was very attentive and helpful in explaining the locked car-park, and she offered useful suggestions for local restaurants. Stylishly decorated, well located very close to Ipswich Hospital and the city centre.

Large enough to have a couple families stay with plenty of room to get together but also places to have time by yourself. Kitchen had plenty of utensils as well as herbs, coffee, sugar etc. Central aircon heated the house no problems. Also seemed like a quiet area of Ipswich.

Beautiful and well appointed apartment. It had everything I needed, the hosts are very considerate in their preparation and it is in a quiet street. Everything was practically new which was nice. A great alternative to a motel or hotel.

The breakfast was fabulous. I could even take some fruit and yogurt for breakfast the next day I was leaving very early. The proprietor also took me to Ipswich train station which I was very thankful for.
