Please note that during COVID-19, office hour will be Monday-Friday 10:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 16:00, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests arriving outside office hour or weekends must be arranged prior arrival. Same days reservation must be arriving during office hour. Same day weekend reservations is currently not acceptable. For further more information on reduced services, an automatic messages will be sent to you once reservations is proceed. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
