The fine print
Please note that the property is a 3-story building with no elevator access. Each level is only accessed via stairs, which may be unsuitable for some guests.
Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.

Sunday–Thursday from 07:00 until 19:00
Friday–Saturday from 07:00 until 21:00
Please note a 1.65% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
A valid credit card must be shown upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and the same credit card used at the time of booking.
Please be advised the light rail extension development project is currently in progress; there may be some noise from the nearby construction. We do apologize and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that all apartments have air-conditioning in the living rooms only, except the 2 Bedroom Family Suite which also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
