The resort itself is lovely. The apartments are a good size. The view over the pool was nice and you could see the ocean. The balcony was large with sun beds as well as a table and chairs.
The staff were helpful when picking up the keys and when we needed pool towels that were not provided in the room.

We absolutely loved Kingscliff.
We absolutely loved Kingscliff. It's a great little town on a beautiful stretch of beach. Short drive to Gold Coast or down to Byron Bay but without all the hustle & bustle of the big towns.
The local pub & surf club were great venues to eat or just chill out & there was a great selection of restaurants & cafes to choose from. Definitely plan on returning to this awesome little spot!!

As long as you have a car, it is a good centre for drives to local towns along the adjoining coast. Good selection of food outlets for meals. Salt village is separate from the Kingscliff strip. Nice walks along the beach. Be prepared to pay for everything and often there is the card surcharge
Nice drive to Cudgen lake Nature reserve at Cabarita Beach and Tropical fruit world, though the tour is expensive and we didn’t go on it. Continued to Pittsville then Mooball where there was a great hamburger at the road house. Kingscliff Massage provided great
service .
Fingal has lovely walk to lighthouse and interesting hexagonal rock formation .

A very nice beachside little township with many other interesting little towns along the coast and inland. Lovely scenic drives in all directions. Nice drive down to Pottsville which has a very good bakery. Nice time of the year to go, as not so many crowds, although there was a convention just leaving as we got to the Mantra. It was very noisy.

A quiet coastal town with BIG beaches and BIG cafes... They were awesome. Sunrise is spectacular and you can enjoy the tanquil moment with a coffee and a book. So close to Byron Bay and the Gold Coast but far enough away to feel you are in your own little world. Clean and quiet. Lowrise units and residential properties so not overcrowded. Bike or walk to all areas of town.

We loved Kingscliff.
We loved Kingscliff. We had plenty to do within walking distance to the Main Street and beaches. The river too was a bonus. The park was great if you have children or just sit and enjoy the ocean view. People were very friendly and enjoyed the local Chiang Mai Thai restaurant. We also went to the Kingscliff hotel and local surf club. Picked up some bargains at the op shops.
Amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach. Only a 5-minute drive from Kingscliff centre, but you also have a small shop, bakery and a few restaurants in walking distance
The apartment was very well equipped, modern kitchen, bathroom and stylish decor. They put in the effort to make it kid-friendly (from providing plastic plates/cups/cutlery to board games and boogie boards)
Lovely shared facilities, with hot water jacuzzi and 20m long pool. Can also use the pool in the neighbouring Peppers resort
We (2A + 2C) had a great stay at this apartment within the Mantra on Salt complex. The apartment was clean and well presented with everything needed for a week stay. Lovely big balcony overlooking the pine trees towards the beach with the shopping precinct below. I was worried about the potential noise but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. The apartment is close to lifts to the pool and reception area and the resort facilities are great - we will be back!!
Set in beautiful surroundings. Roomy cabin with aircon and tv in living and bedroom. WiFi also.
Owner welcomed us and then left us to our privacy.
The surrounds were inviting and well maintained. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities but they were adequate for a short stay. Living area was small but outside facilities such as private bbq and table made up for that. Stunning views. Close to Kingscliff and Pottsville. Will definitely go back there.
Would definitely stay again. We had 2 rooms, both clean and overlooked the tennis courts. It was nice and quiet. Location is perfect with the restaurants, biking track and beach all close by.
The Mantra team were extremely accommodating as they had provided a birthday cake and Sprite for my son when we arrived. He was really happy the whole weekend.
Misleading: The actual resort itself was lovely. Not located in Kingscliff as advertised. Ratings are not based on each individual apartment so be aware which apartment you are booking and what apartment reviews are referring to. We booked based on rating/reviews 9/10 and images shown. Apartment no. booked was not confirmed in booking confirmation.
You couldn’t get a better location - right in the centre of Kingscliff. Walk out of the reception and you have restaurants and cafes all around you, a patrolled beach across the road, Woolies behind the resort. Lovely staff at the reception desk, super helpful and gave our 2 year old a little cup of food to feed the fish daily which made her day.
Beautiful resort and facilities. Unfortunately we were only there for the night so didn’t use any of them. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was lovely with a comfy bed and a bath with separate shower in the ensuite. Lots of restaurants and a pub a couple of minutes walk away. With Kingscliff village a couple of minutes drive.
We've stayed at Peppers before in a property run by the hotel. This was far more comfortable and the owners have really provided all the extras you need to have a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it all.
The panoramic views were exceptional, and the unit was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very close to Marina Parade shops and restaurants, and Kingscliff beach area. Private internal garage.
We liked the convenient location to everything at Kingscliff and surrounding areas. The off-street parking was handy and the 3-bedroom unit on Ground level (unit 106) was large and spacious.
The apartment was very comfortable and presented beautifully. It was an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the Kingscliff Hotel. A relaxing place to stay. Communication was excellent
