Links Lodge is situated at The Dunes Golf Links, one of Australia's top public golf courses. The lodging is located on the Mornington Peninsula, where several high quality public golf courses are located. I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch.
Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits.
There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents.
The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

The house is so cute and lovely! And the staff is so kind, give me a lot of information of the ferry and the hot spring! Also helping me carry the luggage since there is no elevator. And the breakfast is really delicious 😍

Cottage is totally separate from the main house which works well for both owners and guests. Accommodation was made for our very late arrival. Very roomy with everything one needs. Location was an easy walk to the beach and close to the golf course which is why we were there.

The house is stunning and breakfast was delicious, as if Charles had come from Master Chef. Charles and Lorraine are wonderful hosts with some fantastic facilities on site. I will definitely be making a return visit when I have more time to relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Although initially disappointed with our caravan park as it had no ocean view I was later happy with location. It was short walk to foreshore and shops. Easy access to road leading to Sorrento.
Rye unfortunately does not have access to jetty as it is still under reconstruction.
Playground etc for kids, nice beach.
Heaps cafes of all nationality on highway opposite beach.
Driving from Sorrento where the ferry comes in along the coast was scenic.

There were many beaches to choose from for a quiet dip in the ocean. Not may dog friendly beaches and definitely not enough dog poop disposal bins. Rye is lovely for families, campers and younger people. My mother in law struggled with all the walking. Loved the hidden treasures and nature reserves.

Loved being close to the beach and also other sites within the peninsula. We went to the hot springs (great to go for the twilight session) and did a walk to Bushrangers Bay in Cape Shank. There are good places to eat in Rye and also close by.

Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed.
Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed. Better than we expected! Fabulous View! So very Happy with everything 🙂. Great access to Beach, Supermarket, Cafes & Restaraunts. Will be back 100%.
location was great. some really good extra features provided like a beach buggy, pizza oven, outside shower to wash sand off, big TV, good washing machine and dryer. the outside area was really great (although the outside umbrella didn’t provide much shade in the afternoon). Upstairs wasn’t disgustingly hot even on the really hot days- we were able to use air con for a bit then the fans provided to keep cool overnight.
A long weekend in a quiet and relaxing retreat was what we were looking for and it was exactly what we found: we spent hours in front of the fireplace enjoying the cozy atmosphere, the rain outside did the rest. A spacious house with a comfy bed, a nice garden, a lovely solution for a couple of days in the Peninsula. Last but not least, the comms with the owners were just lovely!
The room was clean and spacious.
Had an allocated car park.
Friendly staff.
Surrounded with many beautiful places to dine and the highlight was the Rye pyre, which I think should be marketed more with the property. Figured we were right opposite it only at checkout and took a walk on the pyre and beach.
Very clean house with plenty of space and great facilities. The house had pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable multiple day stay. Great location, close to the beach and Rye town for shops and restaurants. The basketball ring and table tennis table was great for the kids!
The position of the apartment was excellent. The glass sliding doors gave a very pleasing view of the bay. There were plenty of dining options within a very gentle stroll.
Rye is an excellent getaway venue and Aquabelle was a very comfortable place from which to enjoy it!
We had the best time. Such a lovely space for family and friends to hang out. Alex was so awesome, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back in summer. Rye is just a gorgeous spot, we had no idea how cool and beautiful it was.
The property was lovely and well kept
Great accomodating hosts
Close to everything (hotsprings, rye beach and the back beaches)
The beautiful view while having breakfast on the alfresco dining and cooking space
Loved it, rooms were very spacious, quiet and the most comfortable bed and pillows! We left this place feeling very well rested, thank you
Great coffee in the club house too.
So close to the beach you can walk across the road
Quiet little hotel older but clean, tidy and comfortable and value for money
I stay here on all my visits
Only about 1km to Rye pier, playground and beach, the house is in a quiet court with large outdoor decked area. Great for families to enjoy a beach holiday.
