Perfect location. It was in a quiet neighborhood but only a 10-15 minute walk to old town and a 5 minute walk to the river. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was vast and delicious. I’m so happy we did not stay in the chaos that is Old Town!

The location is excellent just next to the Congress center and therefore it’s excellent for any visit in Prague that includes a congress in the vicinity. At the same time, the vicinity of the metro makes it super easy to get to Prague center.
The rooms were large, extremely clean, with a superb view of the town.
It is to be said that the breakfast has a wide array of foods, everything was really delicious, not really crowded even at rush-hour. Every morning there is live piano music!
The sauna was exceptional, and the treatments were of very high-quality and it is to be mentioned that they could be booked even same day.
The team at the reception was really helpful, giving us the possibility of an early check in after a very long flight.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

This was like a mini-Paris with the river and bridges.
This was like a mini-Paris with the river and bridges. The Old Town and Jewish Quarter were beautiful to walk around. I had trouble finding the castle at first because all the signs are in Czech, but it's at the top of the hill, so just go up!

There's lots of restaurant where you can choose.
There's lots of restaurant where you can choose. Whether Asian or European dishes. Lots of shops for gift items. My favourite is the Infant Jesus Church. My husband and I choose the Asian restaurant and it was unexpectedly cheap. It was easy to get around if you are good in remembering landmarks as there were no English signs mostly

Prague is a splendid place to visit.
Prague is a splendid place to visit. In my week there I enjoyed the National Museum, the Dox gallery, the National Film Museum and the Mucha museum, as well as the Municipal Rooms and many fine restaurants and pubs. I enjoyed live music in a pub in Vinohradska, a VR film at the NFM and enjoyed walks in the Old Town and Petrin Hill. I used the Bolt App for taxis when in a hurry, and the excellent metro and tram systems most of the time. There are some tourist traps to avoid, but I can certainly recommend the 'Paul's' café in Wenceslas and in IP Pavlova, the bistro at the Museum of childhood, and the comfortable coffee shop in the Luxor bookshop. Highly recommended.

Prague is a lovely city.
Prague is a lovely city. Lots to see for free just wandering around. Climb Petrin Hill and head to the Hunger Wall for spectacular panoramic views. Pop into random churches to be stunned at how the baroque influence has overwritten religious simplicity, the Church of Our Lady of the Snows is a hidden gem just off the tourist track. Would have loved to have learned more in the Jewish quarter but was put off by having to pay one charge for all the sites rather than being able to pick and choose one or two to see so we just walked around. The Cafe Mozart is a great place to hide from the rain and gives in incredible view of the Astronomical Clock. Don't miss the Museum of Communism for a reminder of what the people of Prague and the former Czechoslovakia went through.

Prague is great, but generally crowded.
Prague is great, but generally crowded. It's crowded with tourists in the centre, and with locals just outside the centre. That said, Prague is lovely - stunningly beautiful and atmospheric. Great bars, restaurants and cafes, and despite the crowds, we never waited long for our order to arrive and staff were friendly.
For a fun central place to try Czech food, we liked 'Lokal' in Dlouhá 33. You go in, give your name, order a beer, and then after 10 or 15 minutes, you're taken to your table and given menus.

Prague is beautiful, but we thought by going in May, we would avoid the HUGE crowds, knowing it would still be busy.
It was INSANELY busy. Everywhere you walk, you're dodging people and weaving through crowds.
