Great location near the bus, tram and the underground.
We bought tickets in the nearby station and travelled all over Prague.
There is a super market across the street, so if you need something, you can get it at reasonable prices.
We bought all of our breakfast needs there and brought it to the dining room to complete all the needed for a vegan diet.
15 minutes walk from the hotel there is a nice shopping center Flora with Starbucks and Costa so we had our coffee at 07:00 after our morning walk.
Please note that the coffee shops are open at
08:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
There is also a supermarket there open every day at 07:00.
We booked a room for three so we had a big room that was comfortable for us.
You have a place to dry laundry above the bath. Water pressure in the bath was good and hot water as much as we needed.
We had a small fridge in this room (not all rooms have it)and it was useful for us.
Cleaning service was good and quick.

Great hotel, good location. For ones who prefer to state on "old city" I value this one higher. With plenty of public transportation (as well as e-scooters around) making it to the center takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise it wins over central locations big time.

Prague offers on the one hand an old, rich and traditional and spectacular urban landscape, on the other hand, also modern construction and on the third hand, full of green parks. Near the exit from Prague 6 to the airport there is the Dibuka Sharka nature reserve. I strongly recommend spending at least half a day there, there is a lake you can enter, water sports, and lots and lots of green erea

Prague is a beautiful city, with so much to see, I recommend around 4 days for it. Lots of nature, great public transport, delicious food. I'd suggest to avoid visiting it during any holidays and weekends because it gets extremely crowded.
My favourite places were the Jewish Quarter and Naplavka - riverside with lots of bars on boats.

Prague is a wonderful city and for sure we will get back.
Prague is a wonderful city and for sure we will get back. This time was a very short trip, but next time we hope that we will have the possibility to stay more days.
We recommend the castle area, not only during the day, but also in the evening. It is so quiet and the streets are so nice.
Walk on the streets. In all corners you will find nice locations.
Thnak you Prague! We will come back!
The Pariz is one of my favourite hotels. The art nouveau/art deco exterior and interior is just amazing. I especially love the lifts, staircase and the lights. Add to that really beautiful rooms, etc. Good quality and selection of toiletries. Fabulous breakfast, best scrambled eggs I have had in a hotel, plus a samovar for excellent tea. The location is superb, really central 100 yards from Republic Square, metro and trams. Close to Old Town Square, but far enough away not to hear the drunks.
It was such a nice experience staying at this hotel. The location is great, actually it's very close to the Old Town Square and the National Museum.
The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of alternatives.
Also, the staff was very attentive, especially at the front desk, and the facilities were really awesome. Our suite was really nice and the bed very comfortable. Besides, I loved many of the hotel decorations.
If I return to Prague anytime soon, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
friendly staff, always trying to help, and make your stay more comfortable ; they provided personal level services taking us by car to multiple places , arranging dinner reservations , taking us to train station , always filling our cups with coffee , water or beer . you feel more like home that a hotel, located on a small street very quiet , a couple of local bakeries very close , several nice restaurants 1/2 block away. close to old town square. Breakfast buffet fresh . clean rooms.
The best locations in Prague only 5 minutes walking distance to old town square, 15 minutes walking to Charles bridge, 15 minutes walking to the riverboats cruise and restaurants, bars, cafes, terraces open until midnight and only 5 minutes walking from the hotel, breakfast buffet lots of choices, restaurants served quality food, hotel staffs are helpful and friendly they even prolonged our checkout till 2pm for free instead of 12 because our flight are around 6pm
Excellent location at the National Museum next to two metro lines (metro station is just in front of the hotel) and in a walking distance from Old Town square and other city centre attraction points. I arrived late and saw how busy and loud it was outside at the Wenceslas square, but in my room which was facing the square I did not hear any noise from outside. The room was comfortable, well-eqipped, with interesting design. Personnel was very nice and helpful.
The hotel is essentially a brand new hotel, it was very close to the city center and a walking distance of local amenities, Old Town Square was essentially a 11 minute walk from there. List of food places nearby with a pop up food market about a 8 minute walk from the hotel.
The decor is very modern and colorful, has a minimalist feel to it and great furniture placings. The breakfast was really good, and satisfying for just €10.
Great hospitality, the receptions were ready for almost everything you may need as a guest such as booking Taxi, tram tickets and also Money exchange!, nice location, 19 minutes walk to old Town Square and few minutes walk to shopping area, there were several restaurants close to the Hotel plus a Tesco shop and many groceries, 2 different Tram lines made the location easy to access from almost all parts of Prague.
The location of our hotel was truly exceptional. Located in the heart of the city, it offered unparalleled convenience to iconic landmarks such as Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The vibrant atmosphere of nearby shops and restaurants adds to the overall charm. Additionally, easy access to public transportation enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal choice for exploring the beautiful city.
A beautiful and new hotel in a prime location!
The room was spacious and comfortable designed, all the interior features were new and colorful. The smell in the beautiful lobby and rooms amazing. Emily was full of kindness and hospitality and we eminently felt welcome!
5 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 10-15 minutes from old town square. A lot of coffee shops and great restaurants all around.
Beautiful hotel in a central location, just a few minutes away (by foot) to Old Town Square and all the must-sees in Prague. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast—very extravagant for the price with many options and high quality overall. Far better than your typical continental breakfast in cheap hotels. Would recommend!
The hotel is very close to the old town square and many sights, as well as numerous restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious. Also, the Staff ist amazing! They are helpful and friendly and get out of their way to ensure everyone has a perfect stay. Whenever we come back to Prague, we'll definitely stay there again.
We liked EVERYTHING!!! the hotel is new, fantastic location - walking distance to old town square, supermarket within a minute walk, cafes, restaurants, tourist tours, shopping mall. And everyone on staff made our stay even more enjoyable! And the room: beautiful, comfy, cleaner than clean. We will miss Prague for sure!
Everything. If I could rate this hotel as 20/10 I would. The location is simply amazing - right on the old town square. Literally a few minutes by foot to each direction to reach all of the city’s famous sights. The breakfast is truly magnificent. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!!!!
one of the best hotel i've been! few metres to the Old Town Square, Breakfast was very varied and delicous, large and beautiful bedrooms and comfy beds, very clean and tidy everything, the staff was very kind, most of all Roidon, he gave us many good informations and was very kind!
The location is superb, just a few minutes from the old town square! The room was clean and very nice. Also, the breakfast was excellent. I had my birthday, while i was staying at the hotel and they sent me champagne and chocolates as a gift.
Excellent central location only a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and close to the Metro and tram stops. Peaceful without much noise despite the city centre location, as the hotel is located on a side street away from main roads.
Prague is a beautiful city to visit with fair prices and great services. The hotel is nice and cozy, just within minutes from the old town square. The breakfast is amazing with a wide range, and the Staff is simpli the best I’ve ever met
Location was excellent right off of the Old Town square, yet Hotel Dar is tucked away on a quaint side street. We dined at the hotel restaurant and excellent breakfasts each morning. We also loved the rooftop terrace!
The hotel has an excellent location very close to the old Town Square. Breakfast is nice. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the highest floors you yet nice views of the city. The staff is kind and friendly.
The hotel is centrally located with just a few steps away from the Old town square. Staff are very accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is like in a spa.
