Lage bot keine große Aussicht, jedoch absolut ruhig bei Nacht. Kontakte mit Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich, scheint ein gutes Wohngebiet zu sein. Grosses Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe(2 Kilometer) Wohnungs"regeln" logisch nachvollziehbar. Müllraum durch saubere Tiefgarage erreichbar,alles sehr gepflegt.Ein toller Aufenthalt!

This apartment has: - 1 bedroom with singe or double bed (0,8 to 1,60 meters wide) - small bathroom with shower - small kitchen (oven only activated after payment of a separate cleaning deposit of 100 Euros) TV, free WI-FI and phone including free LAND-LINE calls within Germany Please note that this apartment is part of a larger apartment that was split into two by putting two extra separating doors. After entering the flat, the mini apartment has a separate door that can be locked. The larger other apartment also has a separating door that can also be locked. Please note that there is a security camera covering the entrance corridor before entering your space. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY VISITORS. We are private hosts and ONLY BOOKED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES. PLEASE note that immediately after booking, you will receive an automatic message from us with IMPORTANT INFORMATION in your booking dot com mailbox or in your connected mail account.
