Our guests and visitors have the feeling of being in Italy themselves The rooms give a very inviting atmosphere and gives our guests a living room feeling. The corridors to the accommodations, give you the feeling of walking through Venice. The rooms are decorated with high quality ornamental wallpaper as well as stucco. The paintings and ornaments give you the feeling of combining art and the beautiful life on earth.

Neighborhood info

We are located about 100 meters away from the Schönhauser Allee Acarden, as well as S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee. To the U2 line in the direction of the center (Kudamm) you walk 3 minutes. Furthermore, there are several bus and tram stations in front of the building, which you can use in all directions, e.g. to Ku’damm, Fischer Insel or the TV tower Alexanderplatz. Berlin offers many sights, museums and cultural events, green spaces and parks that invite you to relax and linger. Above the shopping center Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, is "Deck 5", the largest beach bar in Berlin. Here you can enjoy delicious cocktails and vacation feeling above the roofs of Berlin. There is an ice cream shop next to the hotel. In summer, there will be some tables and guests in the shop getting some ice cream to cool down!
