Property info

Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all new, brand new, on the ground floor and with a private access door from the street. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a semi-open closet with enough space to store your things easily. The bedroom with double bed has access to a patio with a washing machine. The twin bedroom has a work area with a desk and has two automated hydraulic windows in the ceiling. Bathrooms with showers. Sheets, towels, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a hair dryer at your disposal. You can do the laundry and iron. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian coffee machine and refrigerator. You will not miss the kitchenware, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. The living room is comfortable and bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is internet access. The gated community (Los Flamingos) has uncovered community parking without a fixed parking space. The place is not guaranteed but there are usually no parking problems.

The apartment ideally placed in Benalmadena, close to everything and, at the same time, with a comfortable and quiet location. The apartment is on the 2nd line of the beach, near Malapesquera beach, 300 meters from the beautiful Paseo Marítimo and 800 meters from both the famous Puerto Marina leisure area and the spectacular Parque de la Paloma. It is easy to get around the area. A few steps from the apartment: Supermarkets – Pharmacy - Public Transport - Puerto Marina – Sealife – Promenade - Night areas (bars and discos) - Beach Bars Other points of interest: Paloma Park - Selwo Marina – Cablecar - Urban center of Benalmadena: Arroyo de la Miel - Benalmadena Pueblo - Colomares Castle - Butterfly garden - Tivoli World - Crocodiles Park – Aquapark- Plaza Mayor shopping center. Our apartment is easily accessible and well connected: Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport 10 km away AVE station (long distances) from Malaga at 18 km Arroyo de la Miel Train Station 1,5 km away El Pinillo Train Station 2 km away Taxi stop at 200 m Bus stops and bus office at 600 m (including long distance buses, local bus that runs through Benalmadena and bus that goes to Malaga)
