Beautiful and modern south-facing 3-bedroom villa with amazing sea views and various terrace areas situated close to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach. The villa is divided over two floors and to access it there is a short but steep hill, leading to the entrance and the private parking, situated at the entrance of the property. At the entrance there is small porch before entering the villa, once inside the villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge – freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. The open plan living area is bright and spacious and comprises of the following: dining area with dining table and four chairs, lounge with two comfortable sofas, TV, a study area plus a guest toilet Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all three with storage space, AC and fitted with double beds. The main bedroom has an on-suite shower room. Also on this floor is a second independent shower room. From the living room there are large sliding windows with direct access to the main terrace area which is divided over three levels and looks towards the sea. As you step outside the living room there is an exterior dining area and sitting area, below is a chill-out zone along with sunbeds and a barbecue. On the third level is access to the communal swimming pool which is shared by three other properties. Also on this level is a laundry room with a washing machine and drier. By the main entrance is a second large terrace area, with another chill-out zone with plenty of chairs and a second outdoor dining area. This villa other than being in an ideal location close to Burriana Beach and a 15-minute walk to town, is beautifully decorated and offers fantastic sea views and town of Nerja. It is perfect for any family looking to spend their holidays at a villa and have all the local amenities close to hand.
