Company info

Arrival is done autonomously through a key box located at the entrance to the flat. We will not be present, we give privacy to guests staying in our flat, but if you need us we are available from our real estate agency Plaza Estates, Monday to Friday from 10h to 17h and from 10h to 14h on Saturdays, except holidays. Outside these hours we provide a telephone number for emergencies only.

Completely refurbished flat in El Califa in Nerja with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen next to the dining room and living room with access to the balcony with sea views and to the seasonal communal pool, open from Easter to the end of September. Wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms and fans. The car park is open air and has limited unassigned parking spaces, i.e. if you arrive and there is no space available, you have to look for parking in the surrounding streets. Travel cot and high chair are available on request and at extra cost. Disconnect from your everyday life and come to our quiet and comfortable flat, situated only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Nerja and 8 minutes walk from Burriana beach. Guest check-in is compulsory for guests staying in the flat. There are stairs to access the apartment, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Neighborhood info

Quiet area and close to all services. In the surroundings you have grocery shops, pharmacies, bakeries.... The beach and the town centre are only a few minutes walk away, as well as the typical tapas bars where you can taste the typical local gastronomy. Walking is the best way to get around the neighbourhood and the town of Nerja, you will be able to see beautiful places that you would not see if you go by car. There is also a local bus line that connects you to different parts of the town.
