Torr Apartments: We are a team of hard-working and very sociable people from the self-employed sector. We are very responsible and we like that all our work is managed well so that our clients have a pleasant experience when staying in our apartments in Madrid and surrounding areas. Minimum to reserve: 5 people and maximum: 8 people. "The beds and rooms are prepared according to the number of occupants, including children." Today for relevant reasons: "There is no daily cleaning of the apartment." The Apartment is delivered clean for each stay, and is completely cleaned after each departure. (If you need daily cleaning service, it can be contracted separately). To consider: Entry to the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Departure is at 11:00.

Our Apartment on Av de América - López de Hoyos, stands out for its good strategic location in Madrid. It is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by metro from the Historic Center of Madrid. It is a quiet area to rest after a few days of sightseeing in Madrid and its surroundings or a walk through the Zoo Aquarium / Amusement Park or after an entertaining local or international soccer match played at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium or the Wanda Stadium. Metropolitan. This 120 meter apartment is bright and has good views. It has 3 large bedrooms with 2 double beds in each of them. It has Heating and Air Conditioning, 2 full bathrooms. It has a kitchen equipped with the basic and necessary things. ""WITHOUT EXCEPTION, TICKETS ARE ATTENDED FROM 4:00 PM TO 9:00 PM"" To collect the keys you have to call the contact mobile number when you arrive at the apartment. and in 10 minutes we will send a person to give you the keys. The house has central heating (with variable hours depending on the neighborhood community). As for ""air conditioning"" there is only in the living room and the double room. Each one is controlled with a remote control and is only for use in the summer season. To consider: Entry to the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Departure is at 11:00.

It is one of the most commercial neighborhoods in Madrid, it is located near the National Music Auditorium, and it has several restaurants that show the typical gastronomy of Madrid and international food. It is close to the Berlin Park and the Av. de América interchange. It is very close to the airport and the Chamartín train station. You will be able to move comfortably throughout the center of Madrid and visit all the emblematic places such as The Royal Palace, Teatro Real. National Music Auditorium, The Prado Museum or the Reina Sofia. Visit the El Retiro Park or the Juan Carlos I Park or take a walk in the El Capricho Park and the Finca / Los Molinos Park, Travel by Cable Car to see the beautiful aerial views of Madrid.
