Property info

Brand new dream apartment. Full of details, color and life. It has a magnificent photogenic room where spending evenings and nights with friends and family is a pleasure. A dining room where shared meals are joys. A spacious kitchen where nothing is missing. Two rooms with lots of light and wardrobes where resting will be like being at home. And two full bathrooms, in which short showers do not exist. The building is in rehabilitation so there may be noises. We find a spacious dining room. With a pleasant sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. Two balconies overlooking the main street, through which a large amount of light enters and fills the house with life. An open kitchen where you will find all the necessary implements. A room with a double bed of 140, and the second room with 2 single beds, both rooms with their built-in wardrobes, and two great bathrooms that you will have a hard time leaving in the morning. The rooms do NOT have A / C (Air Conditioning), guests who book have perfect knowledge of this

Neighborhood info

We are in the neighborhood of La Latina. The most iconic and historical neighborhood in Madrid. Where the nightlife does not stop. Full of multicolored bars, where a rod and a lid are always present. It is a neighborhood where every corner has a history, anecdote or intrigue of the Spain of the Kings of yesteryear. The best method of travel is on foot, but we also have many bus lines at the corner of the building, and the La Latina metro just 100 meters away. The community of Madrid activated the new APR (Residents Only Access) area, which is of preferential use for residents. So if you plan to come in your own or rented car, you must take into account that access is restricted, and if you enter this area with a vehicle it carries a fine, if you enter the center you must park in a parking lot, not on the street, it is the only way to avoid fines. Be careful with the routes they use.
