It says it’s a Hostel but it is more like a hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Good AC. Optional breakfast with good options. Friendly staff. Close to beach and restaurants.

Small beach town that swells tremendously on the weekends.
Small beach town that swells tremendously on the weekends. I can’t speak to what this place is like in the non-holiday season. Main entry to the town is the city of Huelva. This area of Spain is not traveled that much by tourists so you need to know more Spanish than you do in the big cities. It’s generally 23C at night and up to 34C during the day. Most of your food options are Mediterranean based. About the same € as the cities like Seville and Madrid. Beaches in the main Playa Punta Umbria area are, in my opinion, crowded and dirty. They get increasingly better the further west you go. A taxi ride or car is the only way to get to the better beaches. The Barcelo is the best hotel in the city.

Punta Umbria seems more of a Spanish citizen resort rather than international but a lovely beach and sea frontage. Just need to search for the bars / restaurants that suit your needs or you can get very basic food.

Went off season so very quiet.
Went off season so very quiet. Town and supermarkets all open. For relaxed winter sun or warm weather dualathon racing really good as hardly any cars around and road surfaces fantastic with no embarrassing potholes as in Sussex. Drive from Seville was easy, parking straight forward and free in town.
Beach is clean with hardly anyone on them.

Lovely walk by the beach every morning.
Lovely walk by the beach every morning.
Clean town and respectful people.
Security of the people around as there is police car rounding up the area most of the time.
Courteous car drivers as they stop when pedestrians walk in the pedestrian lane.

The location is second to none.
The location is second to none. Beach access is along a boardwalk a minute from your room.
Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the direction allows for direct sun or shade depending upon your preference. Restaurant facilities are excellent although more variety at the evening meal wouldn't go amiss. The pool would be excellent if it was heated slightly, our visit was at the beginning of September so I expected the water would be warmer. Overall a great hotel would (and have) recommend it.

This was the first time I have gone on holiday alone with my 7 year old son as a single parent.
I had such a fabulous relaxing holiday. Didnt think the all inclusive thing was for me, but how wrong was I! This hotel is huge but really well run, I spent 5 nights August/September. It was pretty busy but so well run that this wasnt a problem. Practically 100% Spanish who were really nice quality families, and I was so happy not to have that "Brits abroad" feeling.
Definitely go for the all inclusive. Food great, cocktails great, and the animation team were so amazing with my son.
Really needed this break, and could easily have stayed longer. I stayed for 5 nights, but will be returning for a weekend next month.
Very clean, and very safe environment.
The beach is just over the road, but I didnt even make it to the beach as the pool was so good!
Definitely recommend this if you have young kids.
I'm not a type of writing reviews but this one comes naturally. Our stay at Le Ali del Cuore was simply lovely. The hosts are the most adorable people you can meet, nice to talk to and their two lovely dogs also adorable. The breakfast is just amazing and everything prepared with care and homemade. They are a very genuine couple that are doing this so professionally, much better than any other hotel. Location also perfect, lots of kms of beaches very close and nice towns around. It's a pity our stay was short, to go again :)
Everything was great, hostal was very familiar and staff was kind. We came before 2 p.m. but there was no problem with early check in. Room was well equiped (fridge, A/C, TV, private bathroom, balcony). Breakfast with big variety of food, and location just perfect (few steps from nice sandy beach. Parking free in front of the door of hotel.
Altough we dont speak spanish and the reception lady doesnt speak english, she called her colleague so no problem at all 😊
We would definitely come back for longer stay.
The hotel was nicely located, the pool is nice as well, very complete gym for a hotel, bar food was very nice as well as well and the entertainment during the evenings since it's quite a quiet area, view is very pleasant and soothing especially at golden hour when the sun is setting, beach close by in case you're not a pool person with direct entrance with hotel card, city center close by in case you wanna grab a bite or buy some souvenirs, very comfortable mattress.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast times and selection were OK and the pool zone was nice. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and there is a nearby supermarket. The room had a small fridge and ours had a nice terrace with a pool view.
we arrived 3rd of october the hotel was quiet but this was okay , i did state when booking it was our wedding anniversary and we arrived back in the afternoon of our wedding anniversary to nice gesture of sparkling brut wine and a lovely message
Loved our stay at this hotel with a very nice room with a balcony in a great location turn left out of the hotel and its five minutes to the beach and turn right and its the same distance to the towns center of bars and restaurants
Good value for the money. The checkin was quick, the location is nice, there is a pool, private parking .. good value for money. I especially liked that the parking was under the hotel and reaching it was easy by lift.
We've been hosted by Rocio Orta, very kind and gave us several topics to improve our journey in Punta Umbría. A very comfortable apartment, newly refurbished and located in the very heart of Punta!
The location for what I needed was great, it was a lot cheaper than the hotel over the road but as it was an apartment it was more homely.
The owner was lovely too, very friendly and helpful.
The pool was good and, the beach access was pretty good too. The room was enough and the little balcony was a must 😉 the hotel was nice, but it doesn't justify the all-inclusive.
It says it’s a Hostel but it is more like a hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Good AC. Optional breakfast with good options. Friendly staff. Close to beach and restaurants.
