Welcome to Casa Margareta, a newly renovated terraced house located in Algarrobo, Nerja. The house is situated in a quiet, family friendly area about 2 km from Burriana Beach and approximately 2.5 km from Balcon de Europa. In the nearby area, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and many of Nerja's popular hiking routes. The house features two terraces of 10 square meters each facing south, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and mountains. One of the terraces is equipped with a dining area and a BBQ grill, and the other one has sunbeds. As a guest, you'll have access to a spacious pool equipped with sunbeds, offering an amazing view of the sea. Free parking is available on the street outside the house. The house consists of two floors. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a larger bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine on this floor. On the second floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with direct access to the terrace. The living room has a Smart TV with Chromecast available. The kitchen connects with the living room and is fully equipped. There is also a smaller WC on the second floor. Free Wi-Fi/Internet is included. This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.
